My husband and I have been trying to set up an appointment with the Mexican Consulate General office in Raleigh, NC since January and cannot get through the online process. We have emailed, telephoned and Whatsapp'ed the office with no return replies (other than scripts just repeating the same info that we have tried). HOW is it that we are to get an appointment? PLEASE HELP US!
