Hello, I am an American citizen living in San Miguel de Allende and I need to have some documents notarized. I am having a very difficult time scheduling an appointment. I have been trying to do this through this website: https://mx.usembassy.gov/services/notarials/ I follow all the instructions, select a date, but the SEND funtion on the site is dysfunctional, therefore I cannot send it nor make an appointment. No one answers the phone.
