FMM Cost: Always non-refundable. Once paid, it cannot be reversed, even if your Tourist Card is rejected.
Service Fee: Refund depends on processing status. Once processing begins, the service fee is non-refundable.
Rush/Super Rush Add-Ons: Non-refundable, as expedited handling begins immediately after payment.
