Applicants must gather these documents before booking an appointment at the Mexican embassy/consulate for business visa application: Completed physical application form Valid passport (at least 6 months validity after arrival in Mexico) Invitation letter from a Mexican organisation/company Letter from employer confirming assignment and expenses Bank letter addressed to the Embassy Bank statements for the last 3 months prior to application date Return flight itinerary or booking Recent passport-size photo (white background, no glasses) Copies of passport bio page, national ID, previous Mexican visas and valid visas from other countries (if applicable) Marriage certificate (if required) Proof of permanent or temporary legal residence (for non-citizens of Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, or Suriname)
